How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. You can also email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to assist you with your order.
Can I place an order with d'oro through email?
No but please send any questions through you might have and we will assist you.
How will I know if d'oro has received my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an order confirmation email.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made using all major credit, debit cards, Paypal, Klarna and Afterpay.

Where does d'oro you ship to?
We ship Internationally. All items can be tracked online and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your new item gets to you safely. We will not deliver to a PO Box number.
When will I receive my order?
Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered in 2-4 weeks to any location worldwide with reputable couriers. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, but please allow a little longer during busy periods.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free internationally.

How long does the warranty last?
The Warranty Period for d'oro jewellery is one (1) year from the date of purchase. We offer a 1 year warranty on all items with proof of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies to all items purchased directly from d'oro and covers manufacturing defects discovered under the warranty period.
What does the warranty not cover?
1. General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care by not following our care instructions
2. Scratches or chips
3. Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
4. Lost or stolen goods or parts.
5. Items that you have no proof of purchase for

Within the warranty period, if d'oro has assessed the item and deemed it to be faulty, d'oro will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge - If your model is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.
Any replacement item will be covered under a new warranty period from the date of issue.
Exchanges and Refunds
Can I exchange my item?
If you want to exchange your product due to incorrect sizing we are more than happy to do this for you but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Please note that Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore,we can't accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewelry.
